SHUTTLE SERVICE
BY PUBLIC TRANSPORT

On Saturday, 4 July 2026, all runners can present their race number as a free ticket!

This guarantees smooth and climate-friendly arrival and departure by public transport to the start and finish points at Rathausplatz Gmunden and Ebensee for the competition. The shuttle service includes the tram between Gmunden railway station and Gmunden Rathausplatz and the train connection between Gmunden and Ebensee.

For the sake of the environment and due to limited parking spaces, we kindly ask all runners and visitors to travel to the Traunsee Mountain Marathon by public transport. This year, however, we would like to explicitly point out the prevailing rail replacement service – this may lead to delays and capacity bottlenecks. Please find out in good time how you can get to the competition on time!

In addition, there is the option of using the following Park & Ride facilities:

• Vorchdorf Bahnhof
